Under his leadership, UB has evolved from an engineering services firm into a multi-disciplinary automation solutions provider serving global manufacturers.

With deep expertise in automation platforms and software-driven systems, he has led operational transformation, expanded delivery capability, and built the organizational structure required to support sustained growth.

As Group Operations Director, YP Xia brings over 15 years of experience in automation systems, robotics integration, and industrial software development across manufacturing and automation industries. He oversees engineering operations and project delivery, driving standardised engineering practices and scalable smart manufacturing solutions across global industrial projects, while also serving as CEO of Youbi, UB Group’s manufacturing subsidiary in Shanghai.
