Penang – UB Group has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Montratec, a premier Germany-based manufacturer of intelligent conveyor and asynchronous automation systems. Under the terms of the agreement, Montratec’s smart, modular, rail-guided shuttle technology will be integrated into UB Group’s comprehensive turnkey smart manufacturing and warehouse solutions.
